Space Has No Frontier
John Bromley-Davenport

Space Has No FrontierI am the author of the definitive biography of Sir Bernard Lovell, the great astronomer and founder of the Jodrell Bank Radio Telescope. The book is not a scientific tome, but a life of a fascinating man who happened to be a scientist. I had to deal with the science, getting my head round various concepts which were pretty foreign to me so I could explain them as a layman for others in the same boat! From what people have been kind enough to tell me I succeeded in doing this and the book is a great read. He was such an amazing all rounder - musician, cricketer, gardener, great family man, philosopher and communicator - I could go on. There is much to amuse and interest all tastes, including the romantic story of his wonderfully happy marriage of 56 years, followed by a great love affair of old age after his wife died. He was a true polymath and the book endorsed by Professor Brian Cox. This link goes to the website:
